About the Study

For adults living with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)

The purpose of this study is to assess the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of TSND-201 for the treatment of PTSD symptoms compared to placebo

This study is sponsored by Transcend Therapeutics, Inc.

Eligibility

You may be eligible to participate in this study if you:

  • are at least 18 years of age

  • meet DSM-5 criteria for severe PTSD with symptom duration of at least 6 months

  • tried at least one pharmacological treatment for PTSD or trauma-focused psychotherapy

  • are free from any other clinically significant illnesses and diseases that may adversely affect participant safety or study integrity determined by the medical monitor or principal investigator.

  • are able to swallow and retain oral medications

If chosen for this study, you will be compensated for every study visit that you complete and we can provide transportation if needed.
